Together with the Board of Directors, our firm will ensure every Association we manage is financially stable with a secure outlook towards the future allowing you to confidently move into a New Era. We believe the quality of community management is strongly tied to the manager servicing your Association. Every community in our portfolio is managed by a community manager along with a property management assistant. This management philosophy allows us to provide our communities with the resource of having two knowledgeable, experienced managers at your fingertips ensuring that all issues are handled expeditiously and with the care and precision your Association deserves. Our management contracts are all inclusive in nature. We strive for relationship retention and not short term financial gain, so our contracts are straight forward. This simplifies budgeting for the Association because you will not receive invoices for charges which many in the industry describe as "extras". Some of these charges are typically comprised of copies, postage, phone calls, word processing, project time, etc. Our belief is that those "extras" are in fact the precise functions you should expect and deserve from your community management company as part of their contractual commitment to your community. |
