Country Club Villas Receives Community Beautification Award

Wednesday, May 5th, 2010

New Era Property Management is proud to announce Country Club Villas of Mesa Verde is the newest recipient of the Mesa Verde Community Beautification Award. This honor is bestowed upon the most aesthetically improved community within Mesa Verde, which is located in Costa Mesa, Calif. Throughout these past few years, Country Club Villas, which is led by Board President Linda Nemchock, Vice President Phil Marsh, Secretary Gretchen Fry, Treasurer Rick Hopcraft, and Director Andy Steinfeld has striven to create the best possible community experience for the membership.

In doing so, many aspects of the Association have improved, including the pool cabana area, which now features new furniture and a remodeled built-in shower for all residents. With the help of Kevin Olswang and his team of landscape professionals at O&L Landscape, entry planters have been redesigned, and the irrigation is operating more efficiently.  Dior Scott of the Architectural Control Committee has dedicated numerous hours consulting with architectural professionals who have made the plans for new exterior light fixtures a reality. Not only do the new light fixtures bring old world charm, they also provide better illumination throughout the community.

Please join us in congratulating the Board of Directors, vendors of the community, and the membership who have all played an essential part in improving the overall appearance at Country Club Villas of Mesa Verde.
