Benefit: No additional charges incurred by the HOA to set up and maintain the website, included w/ contract. Board Benefit: A great way to keep homeowners up to date with community information which leads to shorter and more productive Board meetings. HO Benefit: Members can view an print pertinent HOA information such as governing documents, forms, meeting minutes and submit maintenance requests. DIGITAL ESCROW DOCS Escrow documents are delivered via email or can be downloaded via the community website for even faster access. HOA Benefit: Reduces copying costs, helps keep management fees down. BOD Benefit: Faster access to docs means a smoother escrow, happier homeowners, and less complaints about how long it takes to get hard copy document in a time sensitive situation! HO Benefit: Members can view the governing documents electronically and only print the pages they need. DISCOUNTED MAINTENANCE MATRIX A matrix drafted by an attorney specializing in homeowners associations outlining the maintenance responsibilities of both the HOA and the owners. HOA Benefit: Helps keep dues, at a steady level by maintaining only items your HOA is responsible for per the CC&R's. BOARD MEETING SUMMARIES One page summaries of each Board meeting are sent out in the monthly billing to ensure all members are aware of topics discusses at the meeting.
