A matrix drafted by an attorney specializing in homeowners associations outlining the maintenance responsibilities of both the HOA and the owners.

New Era will provide one year of membership fees for the Board of Directors to become a member of CAI.

HO Benefit: With board members taking care of issues in a smart and timely manner, there's less of a chance for individual costs to rise.

BOARD MEETING SUMMARIES
One page summaries of each Board meeting are sent out in the monthly billing to ensure all members are aware of topics discusses at the meeting.

HOA Benefit: Keeps the membership informed of topics discussed at Board meetings.

BOD Benefit: Another tool that helps the board of directors show that they care about their neighbors and want them to be informed of what's going on in the community, even if their schedule doesn't permit.
